Refund policy


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at mudnart.handmade@gmail.com.If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

 All ceramics and paintings are handmade works of art, unique in their kind, and may have slight variations in color, texture, or size, which are a characteristic of handmade creations and not a defect.

Returns are only accepted in the rare case of a damaged or defective item, and must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.

 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Order Cancellation Policy – Handmade Products

All our products are handmade and created exclusively upon order. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Before production begins: Full cancellation is possible with no charge.

  • During production: Cancellations may be accepted depending on the stage of production and are subject to an estimated fee of 50% for the work and materials that have already been used.

  • Near completion: If the item is almost finished or fully completed, the full price will apply and the product must be received as scheduled.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to mudnart.handmade@gmail.com. We will confirm whether your cancellation can be accommodated and provide details about any applicable fees.

 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
